LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Award-winning saxophonist Tom Braxton returns to his hometown to perform as part of the Caprock Jazz Festival this weekend. Braxton, a member of the West Texas Walk of Fame, grew up in Lubbock and attended Texas Tech University. He helped start the annual music festival in 2015 with the Roots Historical Arts Council.
Braxton’s performance Saturday at the Museum at Texas Tech coincides with his new album called “Flashback.”
