Clarksville makes further cuts to proposed budget

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — After four previous versions, the Clarksville City Council has finally passed a first reading of a proposed budget.

Compromise has been key in the latest version. It comes with a 10-cent tax increase, down from the originally proposed 32-cent increase.
