NEW LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) – For residents in New Lebanon, turning on the tap has become quite the gamble, with residents saying they’re dealing with brown-colored water that smells on top of years of frustration.
For many, turning on the tap has become a daily concern. Residents are fed up with the water, and while village leaders say fixes are underway, they aren’t going to happen overnight.
