SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A busy intersection in Spartanburg County will be closed for the foreseeable future as crews begin construction on a new roundabout.
It’s at the intersection of Upper Valley Falls Road and Springfield Road where detours are going into place for drivers. Spartanburg County leaders said they’re putting a roundabout there to help enhance safety in the area.
Construction on the roundabout is expected to last for the next three months, weather permitting, according to county leaders.
