MALTA, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A Glenville woman previously charged in connection to a death outside of a Malta restaurant is facing a new charge. According to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office, Morgan Lange is accused of lying to state employees.

Prosecutors said Lange allegedly lied to the Department of Motor Vehicles, claiming that she was still employed at Bentley’s Tavern to obtain a conditional license to drive to work, despite her suspension.
Officials said she has not worked at Bentley’s since September 2025.
