CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Two people have been charged in connection with a murder and burglary, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police.
Officers were called to a home on Hickory Grove Road near Hobbs Hill Drive just after 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 14. This is a few blocks from East W.T. Harris Boulevard.
They arrived to find 30-year-old Samuel Jerome Lomax Jr. shot. He would die from injuries before he could be taken to a hospital.
