Oak Grove, KY – Jilliby Dynamite A, superbly handled by Peter Kleinhans, took top honors as the United States Harness Driving Club (USHDC) honored the Christian County 4-H Club at Oak Grove Racing and Gaming on Monday (July 6).
The 4-H Club is part of the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service and serves people ages nine to 18 through hands-on education activities, leadership development and community service.
USHDC President Dein Spriggs said, “This great organization does so much for the community covering agriculture technology, leadership and citizenship. They are an integral part of their community, that’s for sure.”
As far as the USHDC event, itself, it was all Kleinhans as he owns, trains and drove the winner to a 1:53.4 score, slicing through the wire 2-1/4 lengths ahead of Mistertenahkey, handled by Jalen Gray…
