Morgan County deputies arrested a woman within hours after she allegedly stole a vehicle from a property on Dry Creek Road.
Deputies responded to the 100 block of Dry Creek Road on Tuesday after a man reported an unknown woman walked onto his property and took his 2018 gray Nissan Pathfinder without permission. Police issued a lookout alert for the vehicle and found it in the parking lot of Bath & Body Works in Decatur around 2 p.m.
Investigators watched a woman matching the suspect’s description exit a store and get into the driver’s seat of the stolen vehicle. They moved in and arrested her without incident…
