MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The former owner of a popular North Carolina wedding venue admitted to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from couples and investors.
Ex-owner of Champagne Manor, Jason Lottman, pleaded guilty to federal wire fraud Monday, admitting to stealing more than $1 million from couples and vendors who booked events at the property from 2023 to 2025.
