Clear skies prevail across Northern California today, with temperatures cooler than what we typically see this time of year. Dry weather is expected to continue for the remainder of the week throughout the Sacramento and North Valley. Highs in the Valley will generally be in the 90s to low 100s, with the North Valley seeing the warmest conditions.
Overnight temperatures will provide some relief from the heat, which will be building. We anticipate temperatures remaining near to above normal from Thursday through Saturday, bringing areas of Moderate Heat Risk, particularly in the Valley on Thursday.
