CLAY, N.Y. — Local, state and federal leaders are expected to gather at 10 a.m. Thursday, as Micron pours the concrete foundation for its first fabrication plant in Clay, a milestone the company says is arriving sooner than expected.
The concrete pour comes less than six months after Micron first broke ground in Clay. The company said it is moving faster than planned and is currently several months ahead of schedule.
