The New Orleans Police Department says a suspect in a violent attack on a woman last month, who slipped their custody, has now been arrested.
According to police, 40-year-old Renard Santiago cut a woman in her face with a box cutter after an argument.
Cops detained Santiago shortly after the June 6 incident, but he escaped while being treated at a hospital for injuries…
