New Orleans owed $2 million for private property grass cutting

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — For years, thousands of properties across New Orleans have sat neglected with overgrown grass.

“Grass is growing crazy stuff living in it. There’s not supposed to be bunnies, coyotes, pigs, whatever you want to call it,” said New Orleans resident Nia Deco.
