The end of summer is near. I know, I hate to be the one to remind you about that. Several community organizations across Northwest Louisiana are gearing up to help local students get back to the classroom. Many of these agencies are holding school supply drives, giveaways, and resource fairs.
Here is the current lineup of back-to-school events across the region:
Bossier Chamber of Commerce: “Pack the Bus”
The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will host its annual “Pack the Bus” donation drive to benefit public school students throughout Bossier Parish. Community members are encouraged to drop off essential school supplies directly at the collection site.
