WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A well-known Kansas fast-food chain announced Wednesday that it will be under new ownership.
Spangles, founded nearly 50 years ago by brothers Craig and Dale Steven, has grown from a single family-owned restaurant to more than 25 locations across the Sunflower State.
