MADISON COUNTY, Ill. – A man convicted of abducting and raping a woman getting coffee at a Starbucks in Collinsville is set to be sentenced Thursday.
Timothy Dubois, 42, was convicted in May of aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Jurors deliberated for a little more than an hour before reaching their verdict.
