SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -The surviving husband of a 21-year-old woman who died in a crash in 2021 is suing the driver accused of causing the crash.
Court records state Joshua Luna, Mercedes Luna’s surviving husband, is suing Marjorie Dewitt for her role in the crash.
