BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Kenmore man has been arrested in connection with the theft of a Somali flag and damage to city property in Niagara Square days before the Independence Day weekend got underway.
Buffalo Police identified the suspect as Justin Essa, 33, of Kenmore.
