BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo woman was sentenced to three years of probation on Thursday after driving six children to vandalize The Terrace at Delaware Park in October 2025, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said.
Stacy Matthews, 40, previously pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child in May.
On Oct. 16, 2025, officials said Matthews drove six children between the ages of 10 and 16 to The Terrace around 12:30 a.m., who then vandalized outdoor furniture and windows and caused around $2,000 in damages…
