Properties to be redeveloped in 2 historic Montgomery neighborhoods

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Local investment group Noble Investments is redeveloping two buildings that sit right in the middle of two of Montgomery’s historic neighborhoods: Old Cloverdale and the Garden District.

Noble Investments recently purchased the two properties for a combined $480,000 through a deal brokered by Leitman Perlman.

The first property is located at 1702 Norman Bridge Road, an old medical center.

The other is a strip with three storefronts at at 1614 South Decatur Street, which most recently hosted a pizza restaurant and a barber shop.

Noble Investments President Mack Cornwell, a Montgomery native, says he’s open to ideas for different businesses to fill those storefronts, but imagines companies like a coffee shop, wine bar, and men’s clothing store as promising options…
