NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The former Friendly’s restaurant in North Providence is set to become a car wash.
Town officials said Scrub-a-Dub car wash purchased the land on Mineral Spring Avenue in 2023.
The restaurant officially closed in 2019 and was the last of the franchise in Rhode Island.
