RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) is looking for the person who reportedly left a dog in the woods near Richmond’s Forest Hill Park on Thursday.
In a July 9 Facebook post, Richmond Animal Care and Control shared photos of a 6-month-old black and white female Shih Tzu found near Bland St. in the Reedy Creek neighborhood.
RACC said the dog was tied up with a retractable leash and a small tent was left nearby, but out of her reach.
