Syracuse, N.Y. — A historic space in downtown Syracuse that has sat vacant for decades is about to come alive again.
After years of planning and construction, The Mizpah, a wine bar and event space in The Mizpah Tower, held a ribbon cutting and reception Wednesday in advance of its soft opening next week.
