MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — Health officials are asking anyone who may have had contact with bats during a fireworks show in Maryland to reach out to their local health department for a rabies risk assessment.
The Carroll County Health Department said it received several reports of people coming into contact with bats at the Mount Airy Fairgrounds on Twin Arch Road on the evening of July 3.
