CICERO, N.Y. — A Syracuse man, operating a tow truck on I-81 in Cicero, struck the Taft Road Bridge on Thursday, July 9.
State Police responded to the reported crash around 11:36 a.m. on Thursday to find severe damage to a box truck on the back of the tow truck.
