KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – While many people across the metro were firing up grills and getting ready for fireworks on the 4th of July, Kansas City, Kansas, police were working a very different kind of holiday shift.
Police said they arrested two suspects during a methamphetamine trafficking sting. Investigators also seized 143.5 pounds of methamphetamine and $13,250 in cash, the largest single meth seizure in the department’s history, according to KCKPD.
