EDWARDSVILLE — An 18-year-old Granite City man was ordered held in jail after being charged with involuntary manslaughter and other charges relating to the fatal accidental shooting of a 17-year-old juvenile.
Syah T. Lee, of Granite City, was originally charged June 23 with two counts of reckless discharge of a firearm, and reckless conduct, all Class 4 felonies.
