TULSA, Okla. – EMSA responded to 12 suspected heat-related illness calls in its Tulsa Service Area on Wednesday, July 8, transporting seven patients to local hospitals.
Since July 1, EMSA has responded to 43 heat-related illness calls in the Tulsa area and transported 28 patients due to complications related to heat exposure.
