CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A man has been charged in connection to an Ottawa County assault involving a pregnant woman and a baby.
Maxumis Cody Bair, 21, is facing charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or strangulation, assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
His bond was set at $75,000 cash/surety at his arraignment Thursday.
