CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The chicks of the Clovis Water Tower are now flying, according to the most recent footage provided by the city’s police department.
Clovis Police shared updates about the red-tailed hawk family on Thursday.
In the video, the young birds that just months ago were still in their eggs can be seen squawking at the camera and taking flight.
Right now, they are still being fed by their parents and learning how to hunt. However, according to the National Audubon Society, that could change in the next several weeks, as they grow and leave the nest for good…
