GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — After more than three and a half hours of debate and dozens of people listing their concerns, the Grand Rapids Planning Commission on Thursday approved a project to add 32 homes to the Shawmut Hills neighborhood.
Developer Adam Rogalski said the 32 units on the just under 5-acre property will help meet housing needs in the city and county.
