CLAY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Micron invited NewsChannel 9 to tour its construction site in the town of Clay on Thursday, giving access deeper into the White Pine Commerce Park than ever before.
The tour coincides with Micron celebrating another milestone at the site on Route 31, pouring the first concrete of its first future chip-making facility in grand fashion as the company’s $100 billion microchip manufacturing site in the town.
U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon were among the group to celebrate the accomplishment of work done so far…
