The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority will open its Lee Roy Selmon Reversible Lanes one hour earlier starting Sunday. Westbound access begins at 5 a.m. instead of 6 a.m.
According to Tampa Bay28, this shift takes effect July 13. THEA made the switch after studying rush-hour demands from Brandon, Riverview, and Southern Hillsborough County drivers.
