MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Monona Police Department arrested an 18-year-old driver who reached speeds of over 100 mph during a pursuit on Thursday morning, the department announced.
According to police, an officer was going to help at another traffic stop when they saw a vehicle traveling westbound suddenly turn off its headlights and accelerate to speeds over 100 mph.
