MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison police officers arrested four people and confiscated 10 tanks of nitrous oxide, commonly known as “laughing gas,” as they were patrolling during Phish concerts at the Kohl Center this week.
Madison Police Department explained its officers were patrolling downtown and near the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus during the Phish concert, which was expected to bring thousands of people to Madison.
