EUGENE, OR — Detectives arrested nine people during a retail theft operation at a Fred Meyer store in Eugene, with officers making the arrests during a six-hour enforcement effort on April 23.
The Eugene Police Department said the operation targeted the store at 3333 W. 11th Avenue and resulted in seven adult arrests and two juvenile arrests.
