Deputies respond to two stranded rafters on Saluda River in Greenville County

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said that it is responding to a call for stranded river rafters on Friday evening.

Deputies reported that a man and woman got stranded on the Saluda River near Old Easley Highway as a result of a bad storm. The rafters have been found and officials are attempting to rescue them at this time.
