A man was arrested after a shooting prompted by an apparent road rage incident on I-64 on Friday, according to Virginia State Police (VSP).
31-year-old Christopher Chappelle, who is from North Chesterfield, will face multiple charges, including malicious wounding, according to VSP.
Around 8:30 a.m., a driver reported that a maroon Dodge van was seen driving aggressively near them on I-64 eastbound.
