COLLINSVILLE, Ill. (First Alert 4) – The Collinsville Police Department has provided an update on the baby abandoned at Cahokia Mounds in June.
In early June, the police department found a baby sleeping in his car seat and in good health in the Cahokia Mounds parking lot.
