CHENEY, Wash. – The City of Cheney said emergency water restrictions have been lifted following the repair and return to service of Well #3, which had been broken.
It said that beginning on July 13, 2026, customers can return to irrigating “following the mandatory odd/even irrigation schedule posted on the www.cityofcheney website.”
