Bear Paw festivities hit downtown Eagle River

EAGLE RIVER, Alaska (KTUU) – Hundreds of people flocked to downtown Eagle River on Friday during the Bear Paw Festival, which is returning for a 41st year.

The annual event kicked off on Wednesday and will run through Sunday. This year’s festival, according to organizers, will feature over 100 vendors, 20 food truck and one of its biggest parades to date.
