CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – With high temperatures expected to continue, many indoor and outdoor activities will be available across the Lowcountry this weekend.
For those looking to cool down with outdoor activities, water parks and public pools remain open. Splash Island, part of Palmetto Islands County Park, is fully staffed and prepared for large crowds. With the heat index reaching triple digits, supervisors told News 2 it has been busier than before.
