CARMEL- A 46-year-old Brooklyn man will be calling the New York State Department of Corrections home for the next four years after pleading guilty in Putnam County Court to drug possession and bail jumping.
District Attorney Robert Tendy described Michael Carroll as a repeat felony offender after Carroll was stopped by a deputy sheriff on the Taconic State Parkway in Putnam Valley in March 2021 for multiple traffic violations.
