Ionia Co. prosecutor denies safe storage charges against Clinton Co. sheriff after review of stolen gun case

CLINTON COUNTY, Mich. (News 10) – The Ionia County Prosecutor’s Office has denied a request for charges of safe storage violation against Clinton County Sheriff Sean Dush.

Clinton County Prosecutor Tony Spagnuolo requested Ionia Prosecutor Kyle Butler to review a case in connection to a stolen firearm registered to Dush that was found by the Lansing Police Department this spring.
