Saturday Evening Update:
A few showers are still hanging around and will continue off and on for the next few hours. As of now, no thunderstorms are in sight, but a few rumbles of thunder can not be ruled out, as well as some heavier wind gusts with some isolated cells.
For the most part, the Roanoke Valley will remain dry for the evening, with the exception for a few showers. Temperatures will cool off in the 70s by 10 pm, cooling off into the upper 60s to low 70s overnight…
