CPD: Quincy Police Chief taken into custody on DUI charge Friday night

GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) – City of Quincy Police Chief Brian Alexander is behind bars on DUI charges after failing a sobriety test, according to Chattahoochee Police Chief Michael Miller.

Authorities said Alexander was arrested Friday evening while traveling on Highway 90. A CPD officer saw signs of an impaired driver and conducted a traffic stop and DUI investigation.
