The planned drainage construction project between Rogers Avenue and University Drive is moving toward its start.
Fort Worth community members and residents of Rogers Avenue met virtually on June 11 with city of Fort Worth project manager Ahana Basnet for an update.
The road has become less stable due to stormwater erosion, and the project’s goal is to construct and extend new curbs and gutters on the east side of Rogers.
