LUBBOCK, Texas — Every July 11, 7-Eleven has designated “Slurpee Day,” an annual tradition in which the convenience store gives away free small Slurpee drinks to customers at participating locations.
This year, the company is going all out to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the iconic beverage with a limited-edition flavor, “Mountain Dew Confetti Chill Slurpee”.
Local libraries helping kids stay engaged through the summer
