All eastbound and westbound lanes of Carrollton Avenue at the Interstate 10 overpass are closed to traffic due to ongoing street flooding, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area until floodwaters recede, director of communications Officer Reese Harper said.
