Concerning the proposed building of another housing development in the Shores called Fawn Lake: Isn’t there already an overload of cookie cutter houses jammed into this bedroom community?
Right now, 74 new homes are in the process of being constructed at the corner of Bahia Ave and Pine Rd called Whispering Woods: Where are the Woods? All flattened down and hauled away for another area of homes that is going to create more congestion on the local roads, less green space and wildlife habitat, and devalue existing homes because of the surplus.
Vehicle accidents around here are becoming part of everyday life. What used to be a very pleasant place to live is fast becoming a stressful, overloaded area that doesn’t have the amenities to match the population explosion…
